<span style="color: #222222;">In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Adviser to Lieutenant Governor Baseer Ahmad Khan today laid the foundation stone of Model Floriculture Centre at Bagh-e-Bhour in Jammu. AIR correspondent reports that the Adviser said that the Model Centre will be beneficial for the general population, particularly the locals of the area.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Model Floriculture Centre would be developed in three years at a cost of Rs 444.53 lakh having different components and would be fitted with a solar plant with a back up and will be installed with high mast lights. The centre would also be fitted with a hydrant system and will also have poly green houses among many other things.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Adviser directed the authorities that the centre should be developed meticulously and all the designs and drawings should be taken extra care of. He also directed them that manpower requirements for different areas should be properly worked out besides the revenue generation and also said that fencing, protection wall, flood channel should also be given due importance in the development of the Model Centre.</span><br />
