In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Adviser to the Lieutenant Governor Baseer Ahmad Khan today visited Sopore as part of the Public Outreach Programme initiated by the J&K administration where he met as many as 13 public delegations and deputations who apprised him about their issues and demands pertaining to developmental concerns.<br />''   <br />''After the hearing, the Adviser said that the Administration is taking various initiatives to cater to the developmental needs of the people with special focus on public participation in the developmental process. He said, timely disposal of public grievances has been the priority of the present dispensation for which the Administration has started this outreach programme. He also reiterated that all the available resources have been mobilized to complete all the on-going projects within the specific time limits.<br />'' <br />''Mr Khan asked the locals to avail maximum benefits of various welfare schemes and sought their active participation in developmental programmes launched by the government.
