In Uttar Pradesh, booths have been established at public places, while mobile teams of health workers are administering polio drops to the children on move. AIR correspondent reports that Sunday’s round is just a precautionary measure to check re-occurance of the disease due to migratory population. He says India and Uttar Pradesh have finally become polio free as no case this year has been reported from across the country.
