India were 61 for two in reply to Australia 's first innings score of 604 for 7 declared, at stumps on day two of the fourth and final cricket Test at Adelaide today. Gautam Gambhir on 30 and Sachin Tendulkar on 12, were at the crease. Team India still trail by 543 runs in the first innings. Skipper Virender Sehwag was caught and bowled by Peter Siddle on 18, while Dravid was bowled on 1, off Ben Hilfenhaus. Earlier, Australia resumed the first innings at the overnight score of 335 for 3, with Michael Clarke on 140 and Ricky Ponting on 137 at the crease. Ricky Ponting led the Australian assault and scored his 6th double ton in Tests. Ponting amassed 221, while Clarke made 210, putting the Aussies in a commanding position in the final test. For India , Spinner Ravichandran Ashwin took the maximum of 3 wickets. Australia have already won the 4-match series, with victories in the first three tests.
