A Special 2G court in New Delhi discharges today former Telecom Secretary Shyamal Ghosh in the 2002 additional spectrum allocation scam case. The court said CBI has filed false and fabricated charge sheet in the case, and directed CBI Director to launch inquiry against erring officials.
