Defence Minister A.K. Antony on Saturday asserted in clear terms that the land on which Adarsh Housing Society has come up belongs to Defence Ministry.

He was talking to reporters in Mumbai after commissioning warship INS Sahyadri.

In reply to a question on south China Sea, Mr. Antony said that India's approach is that there should be un-hindered freedom of passage and nevigation for all ships in International waters.

He, however added that India favours resolution of things through dialogue. He asserted that Government is very particular that there is no cut in capital expenditure of defence despite impact of meltdown.
