Actor Shiney Ahuja, who was sentenced to seven years' rigorous imprisonment for raping his domestic maid, has approached the Bombay High Court challenging his conviction.The actor's appeal was admitted today and his plea for bail has been posted for hearing on the 27th of this month by Justice A R Joshi.Shiney, in his appeal, has stated that the lower court has erred in law while convicting him and that he has been falsely implicated in the case.
