Actor Ravi Kishan today joined the Bharatiya Janata Party, BJP in the presence of party president Amit Shah. Accompanied by fellow actor and BJP MP Manoj Tiwari, Mr Kishan met Mr Shah at the party headquarters. <br/><br/>After joining the party, Mr Kishen said, he has come to the party that thinks for the poor and his focus is on development not on insulting others. Ravi Kishan had contested the 2014 Lok Sabha polls from Jaunpur on Congress ticket.
