The Gujarat circle of State Bank of India has achieved 158 per cent of the target in the home loan sectors and stood first in the SBI network in the country. Disclosing this to AIR Bhuj correspondent Shylesh Vyas in an exclusive interview, the Chief General Manager of State Bank of India, Mr. Nanda Kumaran has said that apart from home loan sector the bank is also ahead in the priority and agriculture sector in the state. He said that for the women empowerment in Gujarat State Bank of India has registered 10,000 women self help groups and financed them for their self-sufficiency.
