In Madhya Pradesh, seven accused in the Bhopal gas tragedy criminal case have filed an appeal in the court of the District and Sessions Judge challenging the conviction. The appeal has been filed on the ground that the accused, sentenced for two year’s imprisonment and fine over one lakh rupees each were wrongly convicted by the CJM court. <br/>
