<span style="color: #222222;">The Mumbai court has sent the three doctors, accused of allegedly abetting the suicide of their junior colleague Dr Payal Tadvi, at a government hospital, to judicial custody till 10th June. The accused were produced before Additional Sessions Judge R M Sadrani yesterday at the end of their police custody.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' During the hearing, the Mumbai Police's Crime Branch, which took over the case on Thursday, told the court that it has not come across any material to call it murder.<br />'' <br />'' The court, refused to extend the police remand of the three accused, noting that the case diary and the autopsy report did not suggest that it was a case of murder.<br />'' <br />'' The Crime Branch had requested an extension of custody so that the accused may be confronted with witnesses.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' 26-year-old Payal Tadvi, a post-graduate student at BYL Nair Hospital, allegedly committed suicide on 22nd May, after facing harassment and casteist remarks.<br />'' <br />''Meanwhile, the Indian Medical Association (IMA) has set up a fact-finding mission committee to evaluate the background situation and the critical factors that led to the unfortunate suicide of Dr. Tadvi. In a statement IMA said, the fact-finding team will submit a report to its National President within a week.</span><br />
