<span style="color: #222222;">The Department of Community Development (DCD) in Abu Dhabi today awarded licences for the existing 18 non-Muslim places of worship in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi; 17 churches and the BAPS Hindu Mandir which is under construction in Abu Dhabi. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Pujya Brahmavihari Swami and Dr B. R. Shetty on behalf of the Board of Directors accepted the license TH001 at a formal ceremony at the Emirates Palace.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' Members of the Royal Executive Council and Ministers of Community Development, Health and Transport were also present and congratulated the Delegation on its work for harmony and gave their best wishes for the completion of the mandir and cultural complex.</span><br />
