Goa's former tourism minister Micky alias Francisco Xavier Pacheco who has been at large since saturday last,fearing arrest in the suicidal death of his 28 year old friend Ms. Nadia Torrado, on Monday moved an application for anticipatory bail through his counsel in the additional sessions court at Margaon in south Goa. The additional sessions judge B.P. Deshpande fixed the hearing on Pacheco's application for Tuesday. <br/>
