In Assam, about 382 extremists including some top leaders belonging to black widow group of Dima Halam Daoga (DHD) surrendered on Friday at Haflong before the Assam Chief Minister, Shri Tarun Gogoi.<br/><br/>The surrendered extremists included the self styled commander in chief, Niranjan Hojai and Deputy commander in chief Daniel Dimasa. They have also deposited a huge catches of arms and ammunition including 143 rifles and over one thousand ammunition. The Assam Chief Minister greeted the surrendered extremists with roses.
