The Jammu and Kashmir Director General Police Kuldeep Khoda says, about 200 militants mostly belonging to Lashker-e-Toiba and Hijbul Mujahidin outfits are still active in various parts of the State. However, there are no specific reports about the presence of women-terrorists yet. He was talking to media persons in the sidelines of a function at Jammu on Thursday. He said that in past there had been certain reports of using women as the couriers by these outfits against whom action was taken at national level.
