Teenager Abhishek Yadav ensured India of a bronze medal at the 2nd Asian Youth Games in Nanjing, China, today after he defeated Malaysia's Dunley Foo 11-6, 11-5, 15-13, 5-11, 18-16 to enter the semifinals of the men's singles table tennis. He will now meet the top-seeded Chinese Zhendong Fan in a semifinal later this evening. With no play-off, both the losing semi-finalists will be awarded bronze medals. Yadav has also been assured of a place in the next year's Youth Olympics to be held in Nanjing, China.
