<span style="color: #222222;">Director-General of Police, Jammu and Kashmir, Dilbag Singh has said that security forces have killed three terrorists in an encounter in Rajpura Awantipora of Pulwama district. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, these terrorists belong to Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind, AGH, a terror outfit linked to Al Qaeda. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Addressing media in Srinagar today, Mr. Singh said, Abdul Hameed Lelhari, who was the successor of Zakir Musa was one among the three terrorists. He said, with the killing of these terrorists, the outfit AGH has almost been wiped out from Kashmir.<br />'' <br />'' The Police Chief said, terrorist recruitment during the past two and half months has not increased as was apprehended after the abrogation of Article 370. He said, the situation in Kashmir Valley is improving with each passing day. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The DGP said, maximum support and coordination would be provided in the conduct of upcoming Secondary, Higher Secondary and other annual examinations in Kashmir Valley. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He added that security arrangements are in place for tomorrow's Block Development Council Polls.</span>
