Nupur Talwar, facing arrest in the twin murder case of her daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj, today moved the Supreme Court seeking stay on the non-
bailable warrant (NBW) issued against her by the trial court. A bench of justices A K Patnaik and Swatanter Kumar, however, refused to hear her plea today and said that it would be taken up tomorrow.
Nupur is facing arrest as the CBI is looking for her and conducted raids yesterday pursuant to the NBW issued against her by a Ghaziabad court.
