In Uttar Pradesh, Additional District and Session Judge Ghaziabad is likely to pronounce his order today on the bail application of dentist Dr. Nupur Talwar.

She is lodged in Dasna jail under judicial custody. Nupur is the co accused in the high profile double murder case of her teenaged daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj.

AIR correspondent reports that Judge S Lal has reserved his order till today after hearing arguments of the CBI and the defence counsel.

Nupur has moved her regular bail application to the lower court of the district as her bail application was rejected by the special CBI court. She had surrendered to the CBI court on Monday on direction of the Supreme Court.

The apex court on April 27 had refused to stay the non-bailable warrant issued against her by the Ghaziabad CBI court.
