The Supreme Court today deferred the hearing of Rajesh and Nupur Talwar's petition in Aarushi murder case.

In their petition, Talwar couple challenged the criminal trial proceedings against them in the twin murder case of their teenaged daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj.

A bench of the apex court adjourned the hearing to a later date with the consent of the couple and CBI.

The couple had accused CBI of leveling false accusations against them resulting in the trial court summoning them.
