He said, Mr. Singh's unruly behaviour has disregarded the authority of the Chair. Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs V. Muraleedharan moved a motion to invoke Rule 256 to suspend Mr. Singh for the remaining part of the week for shouting slogans and disregarding the Chair.
