A delegation of Aam Aadmi Party today met&nbsp; Election Commission in New Delhi and submitted a&nbsp; memorandum about alleged gross malpractices by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the campaign in his Varanasi Lok Sabha constituency.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The party alleged that Mr Modi has crossed the expenditure limit of&nbsp; 70 lakh rupees by a candidate for his road-show in Varanasi and sought action against him.
