Aam Aadmi Party candidate from Amethi Lok Sabha constituency Kumar Vishwas filed his nomination papers there today. He is pitted against Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi and BJP's Smriti Irani.Besides Kumar, BSP leader Dharmendra Pratap Singh, Trinamool Congress nominee Chhaya Singh and other Independent candidates also filed their nomination papers.

Talking to reporters later, Kumar alleged that the Gandhi scion did nothing there despite occupying the parliamentary seat for the last ten years.
