AAP leader Kejriwal refuses to withdraw statement on graft allegations against Union Min Gadkari

Aam Admi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal today refused to withdraw his statement in which he had levelled corruption allegations against Union Minister Nitin Gadkari. Earlier Metropolitan Magistrate Gomati Manocha suggested that they seek an amicable resolution on the criminal defamation complaint filed by the BJP leader.

Both Gadkari and Kejriwal appeared in the court today. Gadkari told the court that he was ready to resolve the issue if Aam Aadmi Party leader Kejriwal withdraws his statement. The court is again taking up the matter now and will hear the arguments on framing of notice.
