AAP government is violating Supreme Court's guidelines on government advertisement by spending huge sums of public money to run ads in other states criticising the Centre, Congress leader Ajay Maken today told Delhi High Court.<br/>Mr Maken made the submission in an affidavit in which he has referred to recent newspaper advertisements taken out by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government, in other states,<br/>berating the Centre for transferring officers of GNCTD.<br/><br/>The ads also say that the Centre has not cleared bills of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD), the affidavit, placed before a bench of Chief Justice G Rohini<br/>and Justice Sangita Dhingra Sehgal, said.<br/><br/>The affidavit was filed in Mr Maken's plea, which is one of four that have been moved against the advertisements issued by the AAP government. The petitions alleged that the ads have<br/>been issued in violation of the guidelines. The matters have been listed for further hearing on August 4.<br/>
