AAP demands sacking of Union Minister Mahesh Sharma over Dadri lynching remarks

Aam Aadmi Party, AAP today demanded the sacking of Union Minister Mahesh Sharma over his remarks on Dadri lynching incident in Uttar Pradesh. Briefing reporters in New Delhi, party spokesperson Ashutosh alleged that the BJP is giving the incident a political colour. He also alleged that the BJP leaders are trying to put pressure on the investigators to let the criminals go scot-free.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, Congress leader R P N Singh accused the BJP of spreading communal hatred in Uttar Pradesh to gain electoral mileage. Union Minister and BJP leader Mahesh Sharma, an MP from Noida said that the lynching incident was an outcome of misunderstanding and it should be seen as an accident. He said, no communal colour should be given to the incident and guilty should be punished. <br/><br/>Iqlakh, a resident of Dadri was allegedly beaten to death and his 22-year-old son critically injured by a mob on Monday night following rumours that the family had consumed beef.
