Aam Aadmi Party(AAP) has said the BJP manifesto shows that the communal and divisive policies are its true agenda not the development.
In a statement, the party said it is clear from BJP's poll document that the party is not serious to combat corruption.
The AAP said the opposition party has not made any promise on electoral reforms and maintained a silence on the gas pricing issue.
CPI-M has said BJP's manifesto clearly indicated that the party's Hindutva agenda remains in the forefront of its programmes.
CPI-M General Secretary Prakash Karat told a meet-the-press programme in Thiruvananthapuram on Monday that the mention of exploring the possibility for construction of Ram temple at Ayodhya, abrogation of Article 370 and striving for a common civil code makes it clear that Hindutva programmes were very much on BJP's agenda.
Rejecting Prime Minister's remarks that CPI-M's ideology reversed growth, Karat said Manmohan Singh has to explain to the nation how the economic growth rate in the country came down in the recent years.
He said Congress' performance was going to be worst since 1999. On the post poll scenario, Karat said a situation similar to the one in 1999 where a United Front was formed would emerge.
Congress has accused BJP of copying its manifesto. Talking to reporters in New Delhi on Monday party spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi said such mindless blind copying is unprecedented.
He said even the date of Congress manifesto release was not changed in the BJP’s manifesto.
Singhvi said many of the schemes and programmes promised in the manifesto have already been in place during the 10-year rule of the UPA.
He said the one rank one pension policy promised in the manifesto has already been announced by the UPA.
