President Ram Nath Kovind today said that a teacher should always be a learner. Mr Kovind met teachers at Rashtrapati Bhawan who were conferred National Teachers Awards on the occasion of Teachers Day.<br/><br/>Mr Kovind said teachers have an important role in minimizing disparity between students. The President said, a teacher has big responsibility than parents.
