The Bhopal District and Sessions Court has admitted a revision appeal of the CBI against the 7th June verdict of Bhopal Chief Judicial Magistrate court in Bhopal Gas tragedy criminal case. Admitting the appeal, the District and Sessions Judge Subhash Kakde issued notices to eight Indian accused, whom the CJM court held guilty in the case and sentenced two years jail term.
