<span style="color: #222222;">The two-day Ninth Session of the 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly was adjourned sine die on Friday. During the session, the Assembly passed three government bills- The Nagaland Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (Fourth Amendment) Bill, the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax (Fifth Amendment) Bill and The Nagaland Lokayukta (Second Amendment) Bill, 2021.<br />'' Two important Government Resolutions were also adopted-Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002, Transplantation of Human Organ Act 1994 and Transplantation of Human Organ Act (Amendment), 2011.  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' The bills and resolutions were passed through voice vote. The house also passed the Supplementary Demand for regularization of excess expenditure from 2014-2015 to 2016-2017, through three bills Nagaland Appropriation Number 5, 6 and 7 Bills, 2021.<br />''<br />''Earlier, the session started with the Speaker's address commemorating the day of adoption of the Constitution of India followed by all MLA reiterating their commitment to the Preamble to the Constitution.</span>
