Around nine thousand eight hundred persons have sent their good wishes to jawans of security forces so far during this festive season. <br/><br/>Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had appealed to the citizens to remember the country's armed forces on Diwali by sending messages on the Narendra Modi App by giving a missed call to 1922 or in the comments section. <br/><br/>Mr Modi had urged citizens to pen their thoughts, feelings, sense of gratitude, towards soldiers. He had said, the wishes and greetings will certainly make the forces very happy. <br/><br/>Prime Minister may read a selection of the best posts in his Mann ki Baat on All India Radio slated for this Sunday. MyGov web portal would also release selected best posts through its social media handles.
