Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar today said 95 percent people have already got the benefit of One Rank One Pension and are happy with it. <br/><br/>Briefing media, Mr Parrikar said the rest are very old pensioners from 1962 war, and so records are incomplete. He said they are in the process of completing the records of these rest four to five percent, and assured that it will be done in the next two months.
