In Andaman and Nicobar islands, 91 Bangladeshi illegal migrants were apprehended by the police in Car Nicobar Island and brought to Port Blair this morning for interrogation by intelligent agencies. The preliminary investigations revealed that these Bangladeshi nationals were drifting in Andaman Sea for the past twenty days and managed to reach Tamalu village in Car Nicobar by swimming across the sea.According to reliable sources, 400 such illegal migrants were apprehended in Andaman Sea by the Indian coast guard and Police force during the past one year.
