9/11 rescue workers to get $712 million as compensation?

Workers, firefighters and police officers at the Ground Zero who suffered injuries and health problems during the clean up of the World Trade Centre wreckage in New York, will receive 712 million US dollars as compensation. <br/> <br/>An earlier package proposed in March of 657 million dollars was rejected by judge Alvin Hellerstein as inadequate who described the workers as heroes. <br/> <br/>The American media reported that part of this boost came because lawyers for the workers agreed to reduce their fees they were charging their clients. <br/> <br/>Under the agreement, the people who were hit worst by toxic dust from 9/11 attacks of the twin trade towers will receive the major share of the payment.<br/>
