Union Minister of State for Defence Subhash Ram Rao Bhamre said that 86 per cent of military ammunitions are indigenously made under Make in India scheme. <br/><br/>Speaking to media persons today after paying homage to Sepoy mutiny memorial near Vellore Fort,Tamil Nadu, he said that the government is aiming at 100 per cent indigenous manufacturing of army ammunitions as per Prime Minister Narendra Modi's instructions. He said that Union Ministers are visiting 75 places connected with freedom fighters as per the announcement made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his Independence Day address. <br/><br/>Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Venkaiah Naidu will be visiting southern parts of Tamil Nadu tomorrow to pay homage to freedom fighters. The Union Minister will visit Panchalan Kurichi Fort connected with Veera Pandya Kattabomman who fought against the British. He will also pay homage to freedom fighter V O Chidambaranar in Ottapidaram. Later the Minister will visit the home of patriotic poet Subhramanya Bharati in Ettayapuram.
