In Himachal Pradesh, 8 people were killed and 4 others injured in a wall collapse incident in the Ragawan area near Ponta Saheb of Sirmour District. Initial reports suggest heavy rain water in the area led to the collapse of the wall of a reputed mineral water factory. <br/>
