In Afghanistan, eight people, including a policeman, were killed and 30 others were wounded on Friday in a Taliban suicide car bomb attack on the police headquarters in Khost. The casualty toll will possibly increase, police said. The bomber has attacked the second police district headquarters and has also destroyed four police vehicles in the attack.
