President Pranab Mukherjee has said, political stability and new initiatives taken by the government will help India emerge as an attractive investment destination and make an 8 per cent growth rate achievable. <br/><br/>Speaking at the 185th anniversary celebrations of Calcutta Chambers of Commerce, Mr Mukherjee said, GDP growth rate of eight per cent is achievable if united efforts in this direction are made. He called for out of the box solutions and technological interventions to handle country's problems which cannot be solved using normal ways of finding solutions.
