In Bihar, eight candidates including Kiran Keshari of BJP and Ram Charitra Yadav of Congress are in the fray after scrutiny of nomination papers for by-election to Purnea Assembly seat. Candidates can withdraw their nomination papers till Saturday. Elections will be held on 25th of this month. The counting of votes will take place on the 29th of this month.
