<span style="color: #222222;">The 7th India International Science Festival (IISF) 2021 will be held in Panaji, Goa from 10th to 13th of next month. The 4 days festival will be organized by the Ministry of Earth Sciences in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Department of Atomic Energy, the Department of Space and the Government of Goa. More than 100 scientists from different fields will participate and 740 science films from 70 countries will be screened. The festival theme will be based on Aazadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav with the motto of Celebration of science and its promotion by all.<br />'' <br />'' Union Minister for Science and Technology, Dr. Jitendra Singh today inaugurated the curtain-raiser program of the Festival in New Delhi. He said, the definition of science has changed in new India. He said, today, Science is not just research work only and it is a celebration of common people which is easing their life of.<br />'' <br />'' He said, when India will celebrate its 100 years of independence, the nation will evaluate its development growth and remember the contribution of scientists in the development of the country.<br />'' <br />''Mr. Singh stressed that International Science Festival (IISF) will provide the opportunity to young minds for integrated brainstorming. Union Minister Dr. Singh also launched a book- Struggle for Swatantrata through Science during the program. </span>
