In Rajasthan, the 798th Urs of Khawja Moinuddin Chisti will begin in Ajmer this evening. The holy namaz of Rajjab will mark the beginning of the Urs after which all the religious rituals will take place. <br/><br/>AIR Jaipur Correspondent reports that Badi Namaz will be offered on 18th and the Urs will end with Qul Ki Rasam on 20th of this month.<br/><br/>AIR AIR Correspondent Thousands of devotees are reaching Ajmer to participate in the annual Urs of Garib Nawaz which will begin today evening. The procession of Kalanders who come to Ajmer Sharif to offer Chaddi was the yesterday’s main attraction. <br/><br/>From today onwards devotees in large numbers will visit the holy shrine to offer Chadar and flowers as a mark of love and respect for Kwaza Saheb. Qawalli performances will be another major attraction for the devotees., Whole of Dargah area is wearing a festive look and visitors are swarming the nearby market till midnight. District administration has made elaborate arrangements for the visitors reaching Ajmer. <br/><br/>More than five lakh devotees are expected to arrive in Ajmer to pay homage to Khwaja also popularly known as Garib Nawaj.<br/><br/>The Railways will run special trains for Urs pilgrims.
