Nokia, the world's top mobile phone maker, has reported a 78 per cent fall in its 2009 net profit but says it had won market share from competitors in the last three months of the year.In a statement Nokia chief executive Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo said the company's performance in smartphones, combined with continuing success in the emerging markets, helped it increase sales in Devices and Services unit, both quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year. The Finnish company reported full-year net profit of 900 million euros for 2009, down from 4.0 billion euros a year earlier and said sales had shrunk by 19.2 per cent to 41 billion euros.
