In West Bengal, 760 companies of central forces will be deployed for the assembly elections. According to official sources, 100 company central force have already arrived in the state to maintain pre-elections law and order while remaining 660 company force are due to arrive shortly. Meanwhile, the filing of nominations for the first phase elections is scheduled to be held on 18th of next month is going on in full swing.
