The 75 day long 'COVID Vaccination Amrit Mahotsava' concluded on Friday. The campaign began on 15th of July in a 'mission mode'. Under this, special COVID vaccination drives were organized by all States and UTs to increase uptake for the precaution dose of COVID Vaccine among the eligible adult population. More than 76 lakh 18 thousand first dose, two crore 35 lakh second dose and 15 crore 92 lakh precaution dose have been administered in this period.<br />'' <br />''In 75 days, over 11 thousand camps were organized at bus stations, over five thousand camps at railway stations, and 511 camps at airports across all states and UTs. More than one lakh 50 thousand camps were organised at various schools and colleges, 4,451 camps at routes of religious yatras, and over 11 lakh 30 thousand camps were organized at various private and government workplaces and industrial establishments.
