In Uttar Pradesh, about 75 persons have been arrested from curfew hit Bareilly and 14 companies of Central Para Military forces and PAC of state police are deployed to control the violence and maintain peace in the town and Aonla locality. A police spokesperson told our correspondent that in view of continuance of incidents of arson and stone pelting relaxation in curfew is not under consideration. Violence was reported from different parts of city and Aonla locality. Police resorted lathi charge to disperse unruly mob at several places.At least one person was killed and several injured when violence broke out in the city after clashes between two rival groups. Indefinite curfew in all seven police areas of Bareilly town and Aonla area was imposed following clashes. All the schools and colleges have been closed. Road traffic from Bareilly to Badaun, Nainital and other places has been disrupted.
