721 inmates of Bauchi State prison set free by suspected extremist muslim group, say Nigerian Police

Nigeria's police say , 721 inmates of the Bauchi State prison have been set free by suspected extremist Muslim group, Boko-Haram in an attack last night. State Commissioner of police Danlami Yar' Adua said four persons were confirmed dead in the prison break. He said one soldier, a police man and two civilians were killed during the attack while three prison warders including some civilians were seriously injured. Yesterday, gunmen stormed the federal prison of the northern Bauchi State where members of an extremist Muslim group were held.
