A Russian passenger plane carrying 71 people crashed in the outskirts of Moscow after taking off from the capital's Domodedovo airport, killing everyone on board. <br/><br/>The Office of Transport Investigators have said that the Antonov An-148 plane crashed in the Ramensky district on the outskirts of Moscow last evening. <br/><br/>The spokesperson of Russian President Vladimir Putin said the President has offered his profound condolences to those who lost their relatives in the crash. Mr Putin has ordered to form a special commission to probe the crash.<br/><br/>Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also expressed sorrow over the plane crash.
