A quantity of 707.24 LMT of paddy has been procured in Kharif Marketing Season so far. Paddy procurement is progressing smoothly at MSP in the procuring states including Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Telangana, and Rajasthan. Till now about 96 lakh 41 thousand farmers have been benefitted with an MSP value of over 1 lakh 38 thousand crore.
