Union Minister for Health and Family welfare J P Nadda said that 70 medical colleges in the country will be upgraded as super specialty block where standard medical facilities like AIIMS will be provided to the patients. <br/><br/>After laying the foundation stone of the super specialty block and a tertiary cancer care center in Sardar Patel Medical college in Bikaner in Rajasthan today, he said two national cancer centers, one each at Jhajjar and Kolkata and 50 tertiary cancer care centers are being setup in the country. <br/><br/>Union Minister said that the government has set up the Deendayal Amrit medical stores in the hospitals where medicines are being made available at affordable rates. In Rajasthan, three medical colleges including the Bikaner one, are being upgraded as super specialty block.
