7 train cancel, Routes of more than dozen train diverted in wake of Maoist threat

In Bihar, Railways have cancelled seven trains and diverted over dozen of trains in view of Maoist bandh. <br/><br/>The trains cancelled include UP and down of Rajendra Nagar-Barkakana Palamu Express and Garwaha Road-Singrauli Link express. <br/><br/>Barwahadih-Dehri-on-Sone passengers train has also been cancelled. <br/><br/>AIR Patna correspondent reports that patrolling has been intensified along railway tracks and brides to avert untoward incidents. <br/><br/>The Railway authorities have also imposed a speed restriction of 75 km per hour for Rajdhai Express trains in naxal-affected areas and decided to run pilot engines before a group of trains. <br/><br/>Additional security forces have been deployed in all trains passing through Bihar. State Director General of Police Neelmani said that an alert has been sounded to meet any eventuality. <br/><br/>Police stations in the naxal-infested areas have been instructed to keep a constant vigil on the activities of the Maoists to meet any eventuality.<br/>
